We are not a plumbing contractor. Clogged Toilet & Drain Guys is a free referral service. We do not employ, licence, insure, train, supervise, dispatch or guarantee the plumbers you may be connected with. They are independent businesses and your agreement is with them.
What we do and don't do
We connect callers with independent plumbing contractors who have capacity in their area. That is the whole of our service.
We make no representation as to any contractor's licensing, insurance, pricing, availability, response time, or quality of work. We do not verify these. You should confirm a contractor's licence number, insurance and price before authorising any work.
Pricing
Calling us is free. Any charge for plumbing work is set by, agreed with, and payable to the contractor who attends. We receive no part of it and have no control over it.
No guarantee of outcome
We cannot guarantee that a plumber will be available in your area, that anyone will attend within a given time, or that a problem will be resolved. In a genuine emergency involving flooding, gas or sewage, contact your utility company or emergency services.
Information on this site
Our guides are general information, not professional advice. Plumbing systems differ and some work is regulated. If you are unsure, stop and get a licensed professional. Do not attempt work involving gas, mains water or sewer lines yourself.
